Python library - Biopython, Review - Linux operating system
Day 3-4
Use Biopython to find genes from the coronavirus and E. coli genomes,learn about FASTA and gff files
Day 4-5
Learn about sequence evolution to explore whale evolution, Bioinformatics programs - BLAST, MUSCLE, FastTree
Day 6-10
Explore the human genome, Problem solving and project on a human genetic disorder.
